What it files
The Companies House and Corporation Tax filings below are built, approved and tested. PAYE and Making Tax Digital are built but awaiting HMRC production approval, and are not available to file with yet. Joint filing sends your accounts to Companies House and your CT600 to HMRC from the same figures — one review, two submissions.

Who it’s for
Accountants and agents
A book of clients in one place, each with its own deadlines, authentication codes and submission history. Prepare accounts once and file both authorities from the same figures.
Businesses and landlords filing alone
Small limited companies, sole traders and landlords who want to file correctly without paying for a practice or wrestling with a bridging spreadsheet.
How it works
Three steps. The longest one is the bookkeeping you already do.
Connect
Authorise HMRC once through your own Government Gateway or agent services account, and add each company’s Companies House authentication code.
Keep your books
Enter or import your records. One4All Accounts builds the accounts, the computation and the iXBRL tagging from them as you go.
Review and file
Check the figures, then submit. You get the authority’s acceptance reference back, stored against the client for as long as you need it.
Questions we get asked
Do I have to use Making Tax Digital? +
If you are VAT registered, you already file VAT digitally. For Income Tax, MTD applies from the thresholds and dates HMRC has published for self-employment and property income — check your own position on GOV.UK, or ask us and we will tell you what we see.
Can I switch from spreadsheets? +
Yes. Import your trial balance or transactions as CSV and carry on from there. You do not need a bridging tool sitting between your records and the filing.
What happens to my data if I leave? +
You export it in a machine-readable format whenever you want, including your filing history and acceptance references. We keep filing records for the statutory retention periods set out in the privacy policy, and delete the rest on request.
Does joint filing really mean one set of figures? +
Yes. The accounts you file at Companies House and the accounts attached to the CT600 come from the same ledger and the same iXBRL tagging, so there is nothing to reconcile afterwards.
Can you file group or consolidated accounts? +
Not today. One4All Accounts covers micro-entity, small, abridged, audited and dormant accounts. If you need consolidation, tell us — it helps us decide what to build next.
